Information intentionally collected

This site collects an email address only when someone requests beta access. The signup timestamp, consent timestamp, and signup source are retained with that record.

How the information is used

The email address is used for beta invitations and Riftsplit launch updates. Requesting access does not create a public account.

Analytics, cookies, and local storage

The current site does not load Google Analytics, advertising tags, or cross-site advertising pixels. A local privacy preference may be stored in the browser for 180 days. Optional analytics remains off unless it is configured later and a visitor affirmatively accepts it.

California Notice at Collection

Categories collected: identifiers, specifically the email address submitted for beta access. Purposes: beta invitation, launch updates, basic signup administration, abuse prevention, and deletion handling. Categories of third parties: infrastructure providers and any email delivery provider introduced later. Retention: beta signup records are retained while the beta waitlist is active unless deletion is requested or retention is no longer needed.

Do Not Sell or Share

Riftsplit does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices for the current opt-out status.

GPC and Do Not Track

Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals are honored by keeping optional analytics disabled and recording a local opt-out status.

Your requests

Subscribers may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out handling. Privacy requests for Riftsplit are currently handled through support@forgemystory.com. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Children and security

This beta signup page is not directed to children under 13. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Email delivery providers may be introduced later. This notice should be updated if that occurs and should receive owner/legal review before broad launch.
